Meet Tony & Sue van Kessel
We are Tony and Sue van Kessel, from Huntsville, Ontario, Canada, 90 minutes north of Toronto, in the District of Muskoka.
We first became aware of Young Living Essential Oils from my sister Carla Green, who had been using the oils and oils-infused products in her medical clinic since 1999 with great patient outcomes. Carla's friend and mentor Dr. Carolyn DeMarco (famous women’s health expert, author and speaker) introduced Carla to these amazing products and recommended that she try them, especially as part of Carla's pediatric and pain management clinical specialties.
It was very simple and logical to us: the oils work, are 100% natural, and of the highest purity, potency and consistency. With over 90 of Young Living's 600+ products having been registered so far as Natural Health Products (NHPs) by Health Canada, this means that each of Young Living's NHP products have been reviewed by Health Canada, who have determined that “sufficient scientific evidence exists to substantiate that these oils can help restore, maintain, or improve health”. Health Canada-assigned NPNs (Natural Product Number) are prominently printed on each NHP product label.
We have replaced almost all of our "medicine cabinet" and first aid items, plus our nutritional supplements, personal care/house cleaning products skin care and makeup, etc, with 100% safe alternatives to toxin-laden "store" products, and usually a lot less costly. We currently have nursing homes as clients, where nurses and PSWs wear a belt pouch of oils they use instead of synthetic pharmaceuticals, and they chart the results. Board approved and funded, one such LTC facility has placed an order every month since mid-2016. Young Living is the only brand they will use.
Like Carla, we came to feel that we would be selfish not to share these products with friends and family.
